Thank you for shopping with EL TODO. We aim to process and deliver your orders safely and within the estimated delivery timelines mentioned below.
1. Order Processing
* Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
* Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
* Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.
* Processing times may be longer during sales, promotions, holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.
2. Shipping Within India
We currently ship orders to locations across India, subject to courier service availability.
Estimated delivery time is generally:
3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
EL TODO may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional periods or orders above a specified value. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be clearly communicated on the website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you through the email address or phone number provided at checkout, where tracking is available.
Customers can use the tracking information provided by the courier to monitor delivery status.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If an order is returned to EL TODO because of an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address, or because the customer is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Where re-delivery is not possible, the order may be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. Delayed Delivery
While we make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

7. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package when it is delivered.
If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with or opened, please contact EL TODO as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and the product, along with your order details.
Any claim relating to damaged or defective products will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts depending on its operational policies.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available to receive the package and that the provided phone number remains reachable during the delivery period.

10. International Shipping
At present, EL TODO ships within India only, unless otherwise specifically stated on the website.
If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, taxes and other charges will be communicated separately.
